Can I Get A Hug?


  Everyone could use a hug!
Hugging is such a powerful emotion and great therapy as well.  Research has shown that hugging can be effective in healing sickness, loneliness, depression, anxiety and stress. 
 
Don't forget our Fur Babies, Hugging them is beneficial to us both!  Research has shown that hugging animals is very therapeutic, lowering anxiety, blood pressure, loneliness.
